Referral service

NOVA Water Damage Pros is a referral and marketing service, not a restoration contractor. We connect you with independent, third-party restoration companies. All restoration work is performed solely by the company you choose.

No warranty on third-party work

We do not guarantee the work, pricing, availability, or conduct of any company in our network. Always verify a contractor's license, insurance, and references before authorizing work, and get all agreements in writing.

Estimates

Any cost ranges shown on this site are general estimates for Northern Virginia and are not quotes. Only a written estimate from the restoration company performing the work is binding.

Emergencies

If there is an immediate threat to life or property (gas leak, electrical hazard, structural collapse), call 911 first.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NOVA Water Damage Pros is not liable for any damages arising from your use of this site or from work performed by third-party companies.
