We're a local referral service for Northern Virginia. When you call or submit a quote request, we connect you with an independent, licensed restoration company in our network that covers your area. All restoration work is performed by that company — we help you find the right one fast.
No. You pay the restoration company their normal rates — the same as if you'd found them yourself. We're compensated by the companies in our network for qualified referrals, never by you.
For active emergencies in Northern Virginia, typically 60–90 minutes. During major storm events demand spikes — we'll give you an honest ETA when you call.
Yes. On-site assessment and written estimate cost nothing, with no obligation. You approve the scope and price before any work begins.
Sudden and accidental events — burst pipes, appliance failures, storm damage through a damaged roof — are typically covered. Gradual leaks usually aren't, and rising floodwater requires separate flood insurance. Companies in our network document everything in claim-ready format and can bill your carrier directly.
Minor jobs: $500–$1,500. Typical residential jobs in NOVA: $1,500–$5,000. Major multi-room events: $5,000–$15,000+. Your free written estimate breaks down extraction, drying, and reconstruction separately.
If safe: stop the water source, turn off power to wet areas, move valuables to dry ground, and photograph everything. Don't enter standing water that could be electrified, and don't tear out wet materials yourself — improper demolition spreads contamination and can complicate your claim.
Most homes dry in 3–5 days with professional equipment; dense materials can take 7–10 days. Daily moisture readings verify true dryness, not just surface dryness.
Every company in our network is licensed and insured in Virginia, and technicians are trained to IICRC standards — the industry's certification body for water damage, mold, and fire restoration. Always verify a contractor's license and insurance before work begins.
