Single-room drywall and paint: 3–5 days. Flooring replacement: about a week. Full multi-room rebuilds: 2–6 weeks depending on permits and material lead times. Your written estimate includes a schedule.
If the water event was covered, the resulting repairs are part of the same claim. Estimates are written in the Xactimate format adjusters use, which speeds approval.
